Rent includes a fully furnished room, all utilities (electric, water, internet), access to all shared spaces, and parking.

2. Is the home move-in ready?
Yes! The home and rooms are fully furnished, including kitchenware, linens, and essentials, you just need to bring your suitcase.

3. How long can I rent for?
Flexible lease terms are available. We offer short-term and extended stays depending on availability and need.

4. Who typically lives here?
The home is ideal for military members, traveling professionals, students, or remote workers looking for a quiet, well-appointed living space with the benefits of a shared home.

5. Is there high-speed internet?
Yes. The home has fast, reliable Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.

6. How are bathrooms shared?
Suites come with a private bathroom. The Quarters share a full bathroom with ample storage and weekly cleaning service (optional).

7. What’s the parking situation?
There are two garage spots (included with the suites) and two driveway spaces. 

8. Is the neighborhood safe and quiet?
Yes, the home is located at the top of a quiet, tree-lined hill and offers a peaceful, secure environment.

9. Can I receive mail and packages?
Absolutely. Each resident can receive mail and deliveries directly at the property.

10. Are pets allowed?
Currently, pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

11. Are there cleaning services?
Common areas are maintained regularly, and optional room cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee.
